Easy Pie Crust
Easy Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. plain flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 or 3 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut shortening into flour and salt with pastry blender or fork until mixture is consistency of cornmeal.
Sprinkle water over mixture; blend lightly with fork.
Use as little water as possible.
Form into 2 balls.
Roll out between 2 layers of waxed paper, that have been sprinkled with flour.
Makes 2 (8-inch) shells or one double pie crust.
