Easy Pecan Pie
Easy Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large eggs, 1 c. sugar, dash of salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. clear karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs slightly into 2-quart bowl; stir in sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and butter.
Add pecans.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Place on bottom rack in middle of the oven and cook 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β° (do not overcook).
Filling will be slightly soft looking when gently shaken.
Serve with whipping cream on top or Cool Whip, if desired.
