Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Easy Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1 3/4 c. marshmallow topping, 1/4 c. oleo and 1 (11 oz.) pkg. peanut butter flavored chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, milk, marshmallow topping, butter and salt in saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to full boil over medium heat, then continue to boil over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chips and vanilla.
Stir until chips are melted.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cut in 1-inch squares.
Makes about 81 squares.
