Easy Peach Pie
Easy Peach Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. peeled, finely sliced peaches, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar (can use 3/4 c.), 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 egg or 2, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice peaches into an 8-inch square dish.
Mix sugar, flour and egg.
Put on top of peaches.
Pour melted margarine on top of that.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. (If not moist enough batter, add an extra egg.)
