Drain peaches, reserve juice.
In an 8 x 8-inch square pan, oil lightly and dust with 1/4 cup Jiffy baking mix.
Arrange peaches on Jiffy baking mix.
In small bowl, combine egg, peach juice and cake mix.
Mix well and pour over peaches.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
