Easy Overnight Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rainbow rotini, 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Lightly coat 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In casserole dish, combine pasta, vegetables, soup, cheese, milk and tuna.
Refrigerate, covered, 12 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine margarine and crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
