Line pan with heavy-duty foil, large enough to wrap around roast.
Place roast in foil and sprinkle top with 2 to 3 tablespoons steak sauce.
Add mushroom soup and onion soup.
Seal foil around roast and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour a pound.
Serve with rice.
Different types of creamed soup will result in a variety of gravies.
