Easy 'n Sweet Honey Chicken
Easy 'N Sweet Honey Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chicken parts (breast, leg and thigh), 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, dash of pepper and 2 to 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
Melt butter in a frying pan; reduce heat enough so that butter doesn't burn.
Brown both sides of chicken pieces in a frying pan.
Arrange on a baking sheet (bone side up) and bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Then flip the pieces and cover with honey.
