Easy Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, softened, 3 1/2 tbsp. evaporated milk, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint or almond extract and few drops food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Knead in bowl until smooth.
Let the children roll into 1-inch balls and flatten on wax paper with tines of fork.
Let dry overnight.
