Easy Mexican Lasagna
Easy Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can ro-tel, chopped, cheddar cheese, grated and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute meat with onion; drain.
Add soups and Ro-Tel.
Simmer. In large flat, greased Pyrex dish, spread a little of the meat mixture.
Then layer flour tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, repeating layers to fill dish.
Bake at 375Β° until bubbly.
