Easy Mexican Casserole
Easy Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with l lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 1 can ro-tel, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup and 2 cans ranch style beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown ground beef and onions together; drain off excess fat. Mix together Ro-Tel, beans and soup.
In bottom of large casserole, put layer of tortillas (6).
Next put layer of bean mix, layer of hamburger of cheese.
Continue until ingredients are used.
Place in preheated oven at 350Β°.
Bake 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
