Easy Meatballs
Easy Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, 8 to 10 crushed saltine crackers, 3/4 c. ketchup and 1 can french onion soup, strained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients except soup.
Form into balls.
Place about 1/4 inch apart in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour strained soup over meatballs.
