Easy Little Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs or egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line 12 muffin tins with foil liners.
Place 1 wafer in each cup.
Mix cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with fruit, melted chocolate, etc.
