Easy Lemon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry shells, 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed and 3/4 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a skillet brown chicken in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour off fat.
Add gravy, lemon, thyme and vegetables.
Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.
