Easy Jambalaya
Easy Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. oil, 1/4 lb. smoked sausage, 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 green pepper, in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil over medium heat; cook sausage until brown.
Add chicken, onion, pepper, celery and garlic.
Saute until chicken is done.
Add tomatoes, okra and sauce and seasoning.
Boil and stir in rice.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir and serve.
