Easy Italian Chicken
Easy Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, dry bread crumbs (progresso italian), olive oil, 2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese slices (to top each chicken breast), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat olive oil in large skillet.
Wash chicken.
While still wet, coat with bread crumbs.
Fry chicken in hot oil until nicely browned.
Pour spaghetti sauce into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place browned chicken on sauce.
Top each breast with a slice of Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste. Place in a 350Β° oven and bake approximately 30 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
