Easy Hors D'Oeuvres
Easy Hors D'Oeuvres is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. butter, 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt 1/2 pound butter.
Saute onion and chopped mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter.
Saute for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add softened cream cheese.
Stir in spices.
Let stand.
Cut crusts off bread and spread mixture on bread slices.
Make 3 layers of bread (with mixture in between like sandwich).
Butter both sides of outside slices with melted butter. Cut into 6 pieces, carefully putting on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° until toasty brown.
