Easy Ham And Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag tater tots, thawed, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk and small canned ham (use half), chopped into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place Tater Tots in casserole dish (can thaw in microwave until Tater Tots are soft).
Mash Tater Tots with potato masher or fork.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and milk together and pour over Tater Tots.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and mix slightly into potatoes along with small ham pieces.
Dot top of mixture with margarine and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
If mixture seems too dry, add extra milk. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1/2 hour to 40 minutes.
Done when slightly golden brown. This is an excellent covered dish.
