Mix by hand the cake mix, oleo and egg.
Pour into bottom of 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Mixture will be stiff.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Mix with mixer the cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar.
Pour over nuts.
Bake at 350Β° until golden brown (30 to 35 minutes).
