Mix flour and sugar; set aside.
Boil over low heat cocoa, water, margarine and Crisco.
Pour over flour mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla; mix well.

Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Frost while warm.
