Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, 18 oz. (2 c.) peanut butter (smooth) and 2 c. puffed rice cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt margarine, chocolate and peanut butter together in heavy-duty saucepan over a slow heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil.
Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in cereal. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill; cut into squares. (Refrigerate in hot weather.)
Can be done in microwave.
