Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. margarine, dash of salt and 22 marshmallows, quartered, or 220 miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In heavy saucepan combine first four ingredients.
Bring to boiling over medium heat; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Stir until melted.
Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
