Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, dash of salt and 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients. Bring to boiling over medium heat; cook to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add chocolate bits and marshmallows.
Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread into a buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
