Easy Fruit Cobbler
Easy Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar, divided and 2 c. fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, apples, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Combine milk, flour and 1/2 cup sugar; mix well.
Pour batter in pan over butter; do not stir.
Combine remaining ingredients (1/2 cup sugar, fruit and cinnamon).
Pour into center of batter; do not stir.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
