Easy Fruit Cobbler
Easy Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. sliced apples, peaches or blueberries, 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put sliced fruit in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and add 1/2 of the sugar.
Mix well.
Mix flour, rest of sugar, baking powder and salt.
Drop egg in and stir until crumbly.
Pat mixture down on top of fruit.
Pour melted butter over all and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
