Easy Fried Rice
Easy Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked brown rice, 1/4 c. frozen peas, 1 small carrot, cut real fine (small cubes), 1 small potato, cut real fine (small cubes) and 1/4 c. green onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a nonstick skillet, put olive oil.
Turn temperature to 450Β°.
Put carrot and potato.
Stir until cooked.
Add salt to taste, then add frozen peas.
