Easy Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. or more firm fish fillets, dash of sesame oil, soy sauce and sherry, julienned green onion and julienned ginger to taste and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wrap fish fillets in aluminum foil, but leave small opening at top.
Put on dash of sesame oil, soy sauce and sherry.
Then top with green onions and ginger to taste.
Fill large frypan about 1/4 full with water.
Put in fish in foil; cover to steam, about 15 to 20 minutes.
