Easy-Do Coconut Fudge
Easy-Do Coconut Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In medium saucepan, combine chips and butter. Stir constantly over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk, salt and vanilla. Add frosting mix; mix well.
Spread in ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 64 (1 inch) squares.
