(3 c.) crab meat (shell and cartilage removed), 1 tsp. dry mustard, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and 2 eggs lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine egg with bread crumbs, mustard and mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Fold in crab meat and shape into cakes.
