Easy Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1 c. sugar and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs. Sift flour and soda and add to mixture.
Place small bits of dough rolled in tiny balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip small glass in flour and lightly flatten.
Bake 4 minutes or until cookie is brown around edge. Bake at 400Β°. Cool 1 minute and take up.
