Easy Coffee Cake
Easy Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. melted oleo, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat together sugar, oleo, egg and milk.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to mix and beat until well mixed (will be thin).
Prepare two 8-inch cake pans (grease and wax paper). Spread mixture evenly into pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Brush with melted oleo.
Shake powdered sugar and cinnamon on top.
