Easy Chocolate Pie
Easy Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, separated and 3/4 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine cocoa, cornstarch and of double boiler.
Add milk, water slightly beaten egg yolks, stirring well.
Cook in double boiler over medium heat until thick. Add vanilla and butter.
Into pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 4 tablespoons sugar.
Spread over pie.
Bake at 425Β° until brown.
Yields 6 servings.
