Sprinkle nuts over bottom of greased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Combine sugar and butter in saucepan.
Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly, 4 to 5 minutes or to 270Β°.
Pour over nuts in pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Cover for a few minutes, then evenly spread melted chocolate chips.
Chill.
Remove from pan, break into pieces.
