Easy Chocolate Moist Cake
Easy Chocolate Moist Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sq. chocolate, grated or broken, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. granulated sugar and 1 c. cake flour (sift once), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place chocolate and margarine in bowl.
Add boiling water. Stir until chocolate melts.
Add sugar.
With electric mixer on medium speed, alternate, mixing in flour and salt together and sour milk and soda together. Add vanilla extract in last part of milk mixture.
Drop in unbeaten egg and beat well.
Batter will be thin.
Bake at 350Β° in 8-inch greased square pan 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
