Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole fryer, 1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1/2 can water, 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk and 1 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil and debone chicken.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken.
Mix together flour, buttermilk and melted margarine.
Pour this batter over chicken mixture.
Add chicken broth over batter.
Do not stir. Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour (crust rises to top and is golden brown).
