Easy Chicken Pie
Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream celery soup, 1 3/4 c. chicken broth, 1 c. self-rising flour and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil chicken in enough water to cover until tender.
Reserve broth.
Chop chicken.
Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread soup over chicken.
Pour broth over soup.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix flour, milk and margarine; pour over chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
