Easy Chicken Kiev
Easy Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 boned chicken breasts, eggs, beaten, 1 tbsp. milk, butter and 1 pkg. swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of wax paper until quite thin.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put a small chunk of butter, a strip of ham, a strip of cheese and a little parsley on each piece of chicken.
Fold in sides and roll up like a jelly roll. Dust with flour.
Dip in beaten egg.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cooking. Fry in small amount of oil, just to brown. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 to 60 minutes.
