Easy Chicken Casserole
Easy Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 individual chicken pieces or 1 whole chicken, cut in half, salted (i use skinned chicken breasts), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 to 2/3 c. milk, small amount chopped onion and margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spray long Pyrex dish with Pam.
Place raw, salted chicken in dish.
Sprinkle chopped onion on chicken.
Mix milk with soup; pour over chicken.
Dot with margarine, or squeeze margarine over chicken in several places.
Cover with foil; bake in slow oven (200Β°) for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
(Perfect for Sundays.
Mine goes in around 9:00 and is done when I get home around 12:30.)
Brown under broiler just before serving.
You need no extra gravy for rice.
