Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can french onion soup, 1 can water, 1 c. uncooked rice and 4 chicken breasts or thighs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Season chicken to desired taste with whatever seasoning you prefer (I use Tony's seasoning).
Mix cream of chicken soup, French onion soup and water together.
Put rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken evenly on top of rice.
Pour soup mixture over and under the rice, making sure all rice is covered with soup mixture (if not, rice will not cook).
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender.
