Easy Chicken and Rice
Easy Chicken And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 c. rice, 1 can onion soup, 1 fryer, disjointed, salt and pepper to taste and 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sprinkle rice into baking pan; pour onion soup over rice.
Add 1 cup water.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place over onion soup.
Spread cream of celery soup over chicken. Bake uncovered in preheated 325° to 350° oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
Add water, as necessary, to keep moist.
Curry powder may be added, if desired.
