Easy Cherry Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (21 oz. each) cans cherry pie filling, 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. martha white bix-mix, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Pour pie filling into prepared dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir to form soft dough.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto pie filling to form dumplings.
Cover with lid or foil.
Bake 20 minutes.
Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
