Easy Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. milk, 1 box lemon jell-o instant pudding, 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust and graham cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
