Easy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/3 c. orange juice, 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese (room temperature), 12 oz. cool whip and 3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crush vanilla wafers; add butter. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes;
Marshmallows and orange juice. Add cream cheese and cool whip. Pour into crust.
You may top with cherries.
