Easy Cheesecake
Easy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Save 1 cup dry cake mix.
Take remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil and mix together.
Put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and cake mix.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
At low speed, add milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
When cool, spread with pie filling on top.
