Easy Cheesecake
Easy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve jello in boiling water; add cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice.
Place in refrigerator to set slightly.
Crush crackers to make crumbs; add 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
Place graham cracker crumb mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Save about 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
Whip chilled milk; add 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
Add cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour over crumbs and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
