Easy Cheeseburger Casserole
Easy Cheeseburger Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained, 1 c. chopped onions, cooked with meat, 1/2 c. catsup, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. bisquick baking mix, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place cooked meat and onions into Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish.
Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms (if desired) and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
Stir well and set aside.
Combine remaining Bisquick with enough water to form a soft dough.
With fingertips dipped in Bisquick, press dough into bottom and up sides of casserole.
Fill with meat mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese. Bake in preheated 425Β° oven 20 minutes.
