Easy Cheese Cake
Easy Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 johnson's graham cracker crusts, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg and sour cream.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
Shut oven off and let cheese cake stay in oven for 1 hour.
Do not open oven to check on it.
Remove after 1 hour and place in refrigerator.
Some fruit topping can be added at serving time.
