Easy Carrot Cake
Easy Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 c. miracle whip dressing, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. cold water and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cake mix, dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool. Spread with frosting.
