Easy Carrot Cake
Easy Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. salad dressing, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 4 whole eggs, 1/4 c. cold water and 2 c. finely shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add cinnamon to cake mix.
Beat salad dressing, cake mix, cinnamon, eggs and water at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in shredded carrots and nuts.
Mix well, but do not beat.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased and lightly floured. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350Β° oven or until tested done when touched lightly with fingers.
Cool completely before icing with your favorite icing.
