Easy Caramel Corn
Easy Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. popped corn, 3 c. mixed unsalted nuts, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo (light or dark) and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large roasting pan, combine corn and nuts.
Place in 250° oven while preparing glaze.
In heavy 2-quart saucepan, stir sugar, Karo, margarine and salt.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
Without stirring, boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and soda.
Pour over warm popcorn and nuts; stir to coat well.
Bake in 250° oven, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
Cool; break apart.
Store tightly covered.
